I started this site as a resource for parents to find fun things to do and places to go with your kids here in Mississippi. If your kids are anything like ours they are always “wanting to go somewhere!” As a stay-at-home dad, it was a daily chore to try and find things to do and places to go with the kids. I started keeping a list of parks, museums, trails, and other fun places to go. And before long, I realized other parents could benefit from having this information readily available to them hence the creation of Kid-Friendly Mississippi!

This list is nowhere complete. Throughout the coming months, I plan on continuing to update the list to provide as many places as I can find as well as increasing the functionality of the site. If you have any tips, info, or pics to share feel free to email me at kidfriendlymississippi@gmail.com .
